RETURN POLICY

All products returned must be in clean, undamaged condition in the original packaging. For all returns, you must call us at 763-370-2746 with details regarding the reason for your return to ensure a refund. We will generate a Return Authorization Code to be written on the return package. 

Ship product in its original condition to the address we supply. Verify the return address prior to shipping the product.  All returns should be shipped first class mail only, with delivery confirmation so you can track your package and confirm that is has been delivered.  The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Also, please enclose the name and email address of the purchaser so we can process the refund quickly and easily.  Please note that you are responsible for the return until we receive it. Returns will not be accepted unless authorized by customer service first.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase. Any product that has been modified can not be returned. Placing an order means you have agreed to these terms prior to ordering.
